Job Summary

Manage and motivate branch team members while achieving growth objectives for member acquisition, retention, deposits, and loans. Direct daily operations by assisting members with account openings, resolving service inquiries, and processing transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments. Take loan applications, coordinate with underwriters and processors to ensure timely disbursement, and balance daily cash transactions. Provide on-the-spot coaching to staff, meet regularly to discuss performance, and ensure the team delivers professional, relationship-driven service. Accountable for reaching assigned monthly goals and maintaining accurate records.

Required Qualifications

  • Candidates must be eligible for membership at Pioneer to obtain employment
  • Minimum of one year of similar or related experience
  • A high school education or GED
  • A significant level of trust and diplomacy
  • normal courtesy and tact
  • extensive personal contact with others
  • motivating or influencing others
  • fostering sound relationships with other entities (companies and/or individuals)
  • excellent public relations skills
  • knowledge of Credit Union services and products
  • organizational skills to ensure the proper recording and dissemination of required information
