Assistant Branch Manager New Markets - Little Neck

Assist Branch Manager in overseeing branch operations, help drive deposits growth through business development activities, and cultivate member relationships using a consultative sales approach. Collaborate with Specialists (FA, MLO, Business RM) to connect members with experts for specialized needs, support a branch expansion market growth (target: minimum $15MM in deposits), and participate in community events to raise FourLeaf brand awareness. Ensure effective member experiences, tailor product/service recommendations, and maintain adherence to BSA/AML/OFAC regulatory requirements. Lead and develop new teammates as the branch grows, while leveraging omnichannel solutions to enhance the member experience. Maintain branch controls, reconciliations, and reporting in line with policies and procedures, and represent FourLeaf in the community through events and partnerships.
