Job Summary
Assist the Branch Manager in supervising daily activities, coaching staff, and managing branch budgets while maintaining compliance and controlling operational risks. Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team through regular career development conversations and sales/service coaching. Identify new relationship opportunities with business partners, deliver interactive solutions to customers, and resolve complaints to ensure satisfaction. Provide supervisory oversight of branch operations, information security, and fraud risk controls. Represent the bank in local community organizations and fulfill other duties as required. Requires NMLS certification, a four-year college degree, and three years of retail banking experience.
