Job Summary
Assistant Branch Manager to support and coach the team to deliver outstanding service, step in as acting Branch Manager when needed, and lead daily operations. Drive member success by helping members open accounts and apply for loans, promote products and services, and lead outreach efforts to meet branch goals. Oversee cash management, compliance, and issue resolution while collaborating with other departments and representing the Credit Union in the community. This role offers leadership development, exposure to senior leadership, and opportunities for career advancement within the branch.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years in branch operations (teller or member service experience a plus)
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Comfort with Microsoft Office and standard office technology
- Service-oriented mindset with a willingness to promote products and services
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and travel locally as needed
