Job Summary
Coach and develop a team of trade, sales, and packing specialists while overseeing daily store operations at the Geraldton branch. Provide sales and service to trade, industrial, and mining customers using expert automotive parts knowledge, and resolve customer issues in a timely manner. Maintain a safe workplace by enforcing safety protocols and roll up your sleeves to receive, dispatch, and stock inventory. Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally while building strong relationships to ensure first-class experiences. This hands-on role requires a valid driver's license and experience in sales, wholesale, or workshop operations.
Required Qualifications
- Supervisory experience
- Valid driver's license
- Sound computer skills
- Conscious of workplace safety
- Ability to roll up sleeves to receive, dispatch, and put away stock
- Physical capability to lift, bend, and climb
Desired Qualifications
- Previous trade/industrial experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations experience
- Experience building strong relationships with all customers
- Former GPC team members
