Job Summary
Assistant Branch Manager at Addition Financial leads teller and member service operations, provides supervision and staff development, ensures adherence to policies and security practices, balances daily transactions, and supports branch growth through deposit and lending activities. Responsibilities include training tellers and member service personnel, coordinating workflow, cross-selling credit union products, resolving member and employee issues, and assisting the AVP Branch Manager with staffing and coverage. Requires an Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent with at least three years of supervisory experience in a financial institution, plus a strong lending background and sales focus. On-site role based in Orlando, FL.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; plus at least three years related experience and/or training at a supervisory level in a financial institution (i.e. Loan Manager, or Member Services Manager) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must possess strong lending background and strong sales focus.
- Must be knowledgeable in all phases of branch operations, teller, member service, and loan functions.
