Job Summary
Assistant Branch Manager in McKinney, TX supports the Branch Manager in achieving sales goals, customer satisfaction, and compliance across branch operations. Responsibilities include coaching staff, supervising daily tasks, opening/maintaining deposit accounts, processing loan applications within lending authority, assisting in delinquent loan collections, enforcing security procedures, promoting cross-selling of products, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring adherence to banking regulations and internal controls. Requires leadership, strong communication, problem-solving, supervisory experience, and knowledge of financial services, deposits, loans, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- BA degree and/or 2 years in Banking Experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as Customer Service/Sales/Branch Manager
