Job Summary
Conduct Consumer Loan and Account Service by meeting with members to assess lending and banking needs, recommend appropriate products, and ensure accurate completion of all required documents. Process various member transactions, manage ATM processing and maintenance, and balance cash drawers while serving as a Notary Public and Signature Guarantor. Supervise office operations by opening and closing the branch, assisting with timesheet schedules, and performing MSR evaluations. Make outbound calls to inquire about member needs and strive to meet monthly lending and cross-sell goals. Maintain active knowledge of lending and account policies, guidelines, and procedures. Participate in the alarm response team and complete a six-to-eight-week training program in Evansville, IN.
