Job Summary
Assistant Manager at JD Sports will support the Store Manager to drive results, develop talent, and elevate the customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment. You will lead and guide colleagues on the shop floor, allocate tasks, support service delivery, coach and provide real-time feedback, and uphold JD’s presentation and operational standards. Duties include cash handling support, till checks, delivery processing, stock audits, and opening/closing routines. The role requires leadership, the ability to interpret KPI/sales data for decision-making, strong communication, and a proven track record in driving sales performance within a retail setting.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail management or supervisory role, such as Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor
