Assistant Branch Manager

Assistant Manager at JD Sports will support the Store Manager to drive sales targets and the customer experience. You’ll lead and guide colleagues on the shop floor, coach and develop the team, and maintain JD standards across presentation, pricing, stock and safety. Responsibilities include cash handling support, till checks, delivery processing, stock audits, and opening/closing routines. You’ll interpret KPI and sales data to support commercial decision-making, uphold high standards of service and presentation, and contribute to achieving ambitious store targets and operational excellence. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a customer-centric approach to delivering the premium JD experience.
