Job Summary
Asst Branch Manager II responsible for leading daily branch operations, coaching teller staff, and driving a client-centric, sales-oriented environment. You will mentor staff, empower teams, and guide clients toward appropriate financial solutions using the Banner Way process, while ensuring compliance, risk management, and efficient service delivery. Key duties include overseeing routine financial transactions, leading sales and client service efforts, referring clients to other bank specialists, maintaining knowledge of operational processes and regulatory requirements, and acting as branch manager in their absence. Required with strong leadership, client service, and relationship-building skills, plus the ability to assist in achieving branch growth through effective selling and cross-selling of bank products.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. (Required)
- 6 or more years of retail banking experience (Required)
