Job Summary
Assist Branch Manager with the daily management of a banking office, drive personal and platform sales toward branch goals, coach sales staff, understand major aspects of the retail incentive plan and business loans, oversee branch operations (overdraft and vault management, opening/closing, schedules), ensure audit/compliance adherence, manage customer service levels, serve as manager on duty when Branch Manager is away, and may deliver performance appraisals; requires the ability to learn teller functions and understand branch policies and banking products.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2-4 years retail banking experience preferred.
- 1-2 years supervisory experience required; experience in retail banking environment strongly preferred.
- History of solid sales and service success.
