Assistant Branch Manager

Oversee daily branch operations, manage cash functions including vault balancing and ATM cash, and approve transactions per bank policies. Supervise retail staff by interviewing, hiring, training tellers, conducting weekly check-ins, and resolving escalated customer issues. Handle banking transactions for customers, open deposit accounts, and manage consumer lending requests while maintaining relationships through CRM and proactive outreach. Assist the Branch Manager with sales tracking, goal attainment, and coaching, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
