Assistant Branch Manager

Support the Branch Manager in delivering exceptional service to new and existing customers while guiding them through securing financial solutions. Implement marketing strategies, nurture business relationships, and assist with new and refinanced loans to ensure compliance and foster branch growth. Address delinquent accounts with care to find solutions benefiting both the branch and customers, while providing coaching and training to help the team reach their full potential. Set a positive standard for customer service and sales, addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism. Engage in ongoing training and development to evolve as a key part of the company's succession plan. Full-time hours Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, with evenings and weekends based on business needs.
