Job Summary
Support all aspects of the branch, including individual and team performance, by building a high-performing team through attraction, on-boarding, coaching, and development. Drive revenue and loyalty through proactive client interactions, managing the branded sales process to achieve sales targets and grow consumer and business household share-of-wallet. Provide solutions to improve client financial well-being and lead effective problem resolution while managing operational, human capital, reputational, and business risk through adherence to established policies. Coach employees to achieve performance and activity expectations, assist in the performance management process, and exercise sound decision-making to mitigate potential risk. This role is based in Miami, Florida, at the PNC Uptown 7th Ave Retail Branch, with bilingual Spanish preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of related business or functional experience
- Associates degree or equivalent combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service)
- Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state
- Subject to additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations
- Subject to requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act (FDIA)
- Subject to Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 (SAFE Act)
- Subject to Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) requirements
