Job Summary
Assist Branch Manager in daily branch operations, focusing on maximizing sales and profitability while supporting counter sales, warehouse, and delivery drivers. Responsible for staffing and scheduling, supervising employees, ensuring adherence to procedures, processing invoices and inventory transactions, improving inventory accuracy, training and evaluating staff, and contributing to special projects. Emphasizes leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize branch performance and service quality.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
- Associate’s Degree in Business Administration preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the heavy duty truck parts industry, with demonstrated progressive areas of responsibility
- Valid drivers’ license with clean driving record
