Job Summary
Assistant Branch Manager responsible for delivering superior customer service through branch staff, leading a team to deepen customer relationships with value-added recommendations, driving adoption of digital banking services through education and customer interaction, and ensuring operational and regulatory compliance of the branch. Must represent Fidelity to customers with a customer-oriented, community-focused approach and demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and sales skills to support branch goals.
Required Qualifications
- Two years of supervisory experience
- Two years of banking or financial services experience
- One year of sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong sales and service skills
