Assistant Branch Manager

Job Summary
Promote the sales process through referral management, outbound calling, and identifying customer financial needs while making appropriate recommendations for bank products and services. Execute branch leads, input and maintain data quality using approved technology, and complete the lifecycle of all new and existing relationships according to consumer bank standards. Assist with daily sales activity through staff coaching, pre-shift huddles, and monitoring results, while coordinating operational duties such as scheduling, workflow management, and vault cash handling. Perform traditional teller transactions as needed and serve as a risk manager by understanding and reporting daily risks in compliance with regulatory laws and company procedures.
Required Qualifications
