Job Summary
Assist branch management in coaching staff and directing sales/business development, marketing, and operations of the Dundalk branch. Build and maintain customer relationships through proactive portfolio management, lead generation, and adherence to the bank's sales process. Drive customer onboarding, profile and needs assessment, and cross-sell opportunities across product/service lines. Lead and coach branch personnel on delivering exceptional customer experience, managing risk controls (including audit, KYC/CIP), and ensuring compliant servicing. Oversee teller-processing duties as needed, support hiring/training, and participate in performance appraisals. Maintain strong teamwork, communicate clearly across internal partners, and support branch goals for retention, acquisition, and growth. Requires Insurance licensing within 18 months (training provided) and strong interpersonal, organizational, and sales skills.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree and a minimum of 4 years' proven retail sales, call center, customer service and/or telesales experience or in lieu of a degree a combined minimum of 6 years higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 4 years' proven retail sales, call center, customer service and/or telesales experience
- Minimum of 1 year's supervisory and/or leadership experience
- Pertinent state Life/Accident and Health Insurance licensing required within 18 months of entry into position
