Job Summary
Assist the Branch Manager with planning and coordinating day-to-day store activities to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Manage restaurant operations covering people, product, and customer processes while applying financial and business acumen to support store performance. Lead coaching and mentoring efforts for team members within a high-volume environment. Requires BGCSE/Form 5 or higher, four years of restaurant management experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and evenings. Required Qualifications
- BGCSE/Form 5 or higher
- At least 4 years of restaurant management experience within a 'great' customer service environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of restaurant operations including people, product, and customer processes
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Financial and business acumen
- Coaching and mentoring skills
- Able to work flexible shifts - including weekends, holidays & evenings
