Job Summary
Deliver excellent customer service and drive sales performance by serving customers, providing quotations, and converting enquiries into sales. Support day-to-day branch management, monitor stock levels, and ensure high standards of health and safety and housekeeping are maintained. Lead the branch in the Branch Manager's absence while motivating and developing colleagues across the counter, yard, and delivery teams. Build strong customer relationships, identify growth opportunities, and help deliver branch targets and commercial objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Previous sales, trade counter or supervisory experience
- Builders' merchant, plumbing or heating industry experience is highly desirable
