Job Summary
Assistant Branch Manager - Construction Operations responsible for supporting day-to-day branch operations and field activities, coordinating crew scheduling, conducting jobsite visits and safety inspections, coaching installers, managing inventory and fleet, resolving customer/jobsite issues, promoting OSHA and L&I safety compliance, and building strong relationships with employees, customers, and builders. Requires high school diploma or GED, 3+ years in construction/insulation with leadership experience, ability to read plans and perform field measurements, knowledge of insulation methods (batts, blown-in, spray foam), OSHA and DOT knowledge, and valid driver's license. Schedule: Mon-Fri, 50 hours/week with OT; benefits include medical/dental/vision, life insurance, 401(k), vacation, and growth opportunities. Total annual compensation approx. $80,080–$94,380.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of construction or insulation experience preferred
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Working knowledge of insulation installation methods (batts, blown-in, and spray foam)
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and jobsite compliance requirements
- Ability to read plans, perform field measurements, and understand job specifications
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver''s license with an acceptable driving record
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of DOT regulation
