Job Summary
Assist Branch Manager in overseeing day-to-day branch operations and field activities for insulation division in Reno; responsibilities include crew scheduling, production coordination, jobsite visits, quality and safety inspections, coaching installers, inventory and fleet support, resolving customer concerns, ensuring OSHA and regulatory compliance, building relationships with employees, customers, and builders, and supporting branch performance and operational goals.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of insulation experience
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Working knowledge of insulation installation methods (batts, blown-in, spray foam)
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and jobsite compliance requirements
- Ability to read plans, perform field measurements, and understand job specifications
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of DOT regulation
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Team-oriented with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team
