Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day branch operations and field activities, coach installers and field personnel, schedule crews and coordinate production, conduct jobsite visits and safety inspections, ensure OSHA/DOT compliance, manage inventory, equipment, and fleet, address customer concerns and jobsite issues, build relationships with employees, customers, and builders, and drive branch performance toward operational goals while applying insulation installation expertise and leadership.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 3+ years of insulation experience
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Working knowledge of insulation installation methods (batts, blown-in, and spray foam)
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and jobsite compliance requirements
- Ability to read plans, perform field measurements, and understand job specifications
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Knowledge of DOT regulation
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Team-oriented with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team
