Job Summary
Coordinate vehicle delivery and retrieval for customers following accidents or breakdowns, manage driver and vehicle movements, and process rental check-ins. Support the Branch Manager with daily operations, act as the escalation point for urgent day-to-day issues when the manager is absent, and assist with team management matters. Physically prepare vehicles for delivery and make informed decisions to keep branch operations running efficiently during a rotating roster from 7:00am to 9:00pm, seven days a week.
Required Qualifications
- Full and clean driver's license
- Motorbike license
- Physically able to wash and prepare vehicles for delivery
- Exceptional customer service skills
- At least one year of experience in a customer service role
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
- Able to solve problems in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred experience in a similar role or within the automotive industry
