Job Summary
Assist Branch Manager in achieving branch goals and ensuring day-to-day operational excellence. Lead the Tellers, deliver Breakthrough Client Service, process transactions, open accounts, place clients in appropriate account/loan products, and cross-sell bank services. Provide referrals to other departments, monitor operations standards and audits, and coach team members to deepen customer relationships. Develop long-term relationships with consumers and small businesses, delivering proactive solutions and problem resolutions aligned with Breakthrough Client Service Standards. Act as back-up to personal banking team to open new accounts, process loan requests, and gather credit information. Manage, train, and coach Tellers (and potentially personal bankers), and oversee branch tasks such as opening/closing, overdraft monitoring, wire transfers, stop payments, and branch controls. Required to act as a Bank MLO with SAFE Act compliance; salary range posted is $21.00-$32.00 hourly, with pay determined by experience and location. Primary location is onsite at Spokane, WA. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- 2 years of retail banking experience (required)
- Customer service background in retail or banking
- Knowledge of banking operations (opening/closing, audits, etc.)
- Ability to supervise and coach staff
- MLO role eligibility and SAFE Act awareness for mortgage services
