Job Summary
Assist in leading the Colfax & Wadsworth branch by managing and coaching branch team members, driving revenue and customer loyalty through proactive client interactions, and executing a proactive, compliant client experience across omni-channel channels. Build and retain a high-performing team, monitor performance, manage risk, and collaborate with ecosystem partners to deliver tailored financial solutions and guidance while meeting sales targets and ensuring customer-focused service.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree or equivalent
- 4+ years of related business or functional experience
