Job Summary
Oversee branch daily activities to drive performance, sales growth and exceptional customer service; act as both player and coach to achieve branch goals by assessing customer needs, building relationships, and solving problems. Lead and coach branch employees through the sales process, ensure operational tasks comply with bank policies and regulations, open personal/business/loan accounts, deepen product knowledge, and meet customer satisfaction metrics. Responsible for consumer lending lifecycle activities, technology adoption in everyday banking, and participating in hiring and development of staff.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2-3 years' experience in retail or branch banking environment
- Demonstrate ability to lead, coach, motivate and develop staff
