Job Summary
Oversee branch operations in the absence of the Branch Manager, guiding staff on complex member issues and ensuring proper inter-departmental communication. Participate in hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating subordinates while championing sales activities focused on retaining and deepening member relationships. Conduct daily huddles, originate and close all loan types via direct contact, and manage cash handling procedures with full regulatory knowledge. Assist members with problem resolution regarding deposits and lending, maintain working knowledge of all products, and provide performance feedback to employees. Requires an associate degree, three to four years of branch experience, and one year of supervisory experience. Full-time role in Bridgewater, MA with competitive pay and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of three to four years branch sales, service, and operations experience within a financial institution
- Proven written and verbal communication, organizational, and leadership abilities
- Flexibility of work hours and proven reliability/dependability
- Must have excellent cross-selling and problem solving skills
- Must be eligible to register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) and must maintain registration with NMLS as a registered Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO)
