Job Summary
Manage and inspire Associate Bankers to deliver seamless service by coaching them on policies, procedures, products, and banking transactions. Collaborate with the Branch Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, including staffing plans, loss control, compliance, and audits, while ensuring transaction accuracy. Greet clients warmly, resolve issues quickly, and simplify their banking experience by sharing self-service options. Lead the team to maintain a welcoming atmosphere and build trusted relationships. Complete the Assistant Branch Manager Training Program and travel as required for in-person meetings. Work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of management experience or retail banking experience
- high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent

- You have a strong passion for influencing and educating the branch team and partners, helping them stay connected and informed
- You shine at building meaningful connections and engaging with clients, always ready to educate them and refer them to our team of experts when needed
- You'll successfully complete our Assistant Branch Manager Training Program before being considered for placement as an Assistant Branch Manager-Operations
- You'll need to be able to travel as required for in-person training and meetings
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of Associate Banker (Teller) experience
- college degree or military equivalent
