Assistant Branch Manager

Support the Branch Manager in delivering exceptional service to new and existing customers while guiding them through securing financial solutions. Implement marketing strategies, nurture business relationships, and assist with new and refinanced loans to ensure compliance and drive branch growth. Address delinquent accounts with empathy, providing solutions that benefit both the branch and customers. Provide coaching, training, and ongoing support to help the team reach their full potential, while setting a positive standard for sales and customer service. Engage in continuous training and development to contribute to the company's succession plan. Full-time role with evenings and weekends during peak seasons; hourly rate $17.25–$24.25. Located in Brusly, LA.
