Assistant Branch Manager

Support the Branch Manager by delivering exceptional service to new and existing customers, guiding them through securing financial solutions. Implement marketing strategies, nurture business relationships, and assist with new and refinanced loans while ensuring compliance. Address delinquent accounts with care to find solutions that benefit both the branch and customers. Provide coaching, training, and ongoing support to help the team reach their full potential, while setting a positive standard for customer service and sales. Engage in ongoing training and development to contribute to the company's succession plan. Work full-time Monday through Friday with evenings and weekends based on business needs, earning between $17.00 and $24.00 hourly.
