Job Summary
Assistant Branch Manager in a Retail Branch Management team responsible for client service delivery and branch operations. Lead and motivate Universal Banker staff to exceed performance goals, develop client relationships with local businesses and community organizations, ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies, monitor branch performance and KPIs, provide staff training and development, and participate in community engagement and sponsorship activities. Requires strategic collaboration with Branch Manager, strong leadership, experience with CRM data to identify relationship-building opportunities, and bilingual English/Spanish as a desirable attribute.
Required Qualifications
- Three to five years of similar or related experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically WORD, EXCEL and PowerPoint
- Education: A two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school
- Bilingual proficiency (English/ Spanish) is considered a desirable attribute
