Job Summary
Coordinate branch operations by supervising staff, processing consumer loans, and managing cash levels including vault balancing and ATM dispensers. Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory laws through audits, BSA reporting, and mandatory training. Mentor tellers, resolve complex customer issues, and maintain facility safety while supporting the Branch Manager in driving profitability. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and procedures to facilitate efficient service and accurate loan decisioning.
Required Qualifications
- Associates (2-yr) degree OR equivalent banking industry experience
- Positive professional leadership/supervisory ability
- Demonstrated reasoning and problem-solving aptitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or similar software
- Regularly required to sit or stand for prolonged periods
- Reach with hands and arms
- Stoop, kneel or crouch
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 15lbs
- Close vision

- Peripheral vision
