Job Summary
Lead staff toward organizational objectives through leadership, counseling, and training while monitoring performance to address underperformance and reward high achievers. Monitor branch operating results against established goals, ensure compliance with policies, and represent the credit union in relationships with members, sponsors, and financial institutions. Prepare performance reviews, assist with personnel scheduling, maintain communications with senior management, and submit standard reports. Obtain a notary license within six months and perform other duties as assigned. Requires an associates degree or equivalent experience, with a focus on customer service, banking, and supervisory skills. Full-time role with a salary range of $62,400 – $67,200 annually, including comprehensive benefits and tuition assistance.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of three to five years of customer service, banking or related experience
- Exceptional oral, written and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Decision-making skills to work autonomously and manage specific tasks
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Proficiency with a PC and associated programs (such as Microsoft Office)
- Ability to build relationships with members and teammates
- Strong customer service skills
- Impeccable dependency regarding all scheduled shifts, including the ability to work Saturdays
- Must have, or be willing to obtain a notary license within 6 months
Desired Qualifications
- Associates degree is preferred or high school diploma or GED with an equivalent amount of work experience
- One year in a supervisory role is preferred
- Energetic, eager to learn and willing to cooperate
- Ability to maintain poise and professionalism under pressure
