Job Summary
Assistant Branch Manager to assist Branch Manager in leading a branch team to deliver high-quality member service, drive business development through SEG relationships, oversee operations and audits, coach and develop staff, conduct meetings, manage performance, and uphold branch standards and policies. Responsibilities include onboarding, coaching, hiring, evaluations, timekeeping, and collaboration with community partners and internal departments to support branch goals and community initiatives. Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, knowledge of bank/credit union policies, and ability to travel between branch locations as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Four years financial institution experience required
- Two years management experience required
- Two years retail sales/service experience preferred
