Job Summary
Oversee daily branch operations including behavioral support services, program delivery, and staff supervision while managing facilities and community relations. Lead strategic planning to implement priority outcomes, secure necessary youth transport licensing, and ensure grant compliance through accurate reporting and budget adherence. Direct team development via performance evaluations, coaching, and succession planning to maintain a culture of trust, inclusion, and equity for youth ages 6-18. Maintain safety standards by auditing equipment and policies, and foster community partnerships through active event participation and membership recruitment. Ensure all records remain current and expenditures meet restricted funding requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate degree from an accredited college or university in Education, Youth-Development, or another relevant field
- At least 3 years of experience in a Boys & Girls Club or similar youth-serving organization
- Reliable transportation
- Knowledge of and ability to effectively use computers, software, and other technology tools
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others
- Is mission-driven and values-based
- Demonstrates a growth mindset and a commitment to lifelong learning
