Job Summary
Assistant Boyswear Designer for Woven Bottoms & Shirts on a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract. Responsibilities include identifying key trends in colour, fabric, print, and silhouette; designing woven bottoms and shirts and turning sketches into production-ready designs at high-street speed; producing detailed CADs and tech packs for global manufacturing partners; coordinating trend-scouting trips and overseas factory visits; managing the sample lifecycle and ensuring aesthetic accuracy, print quality, and fit for range reviews; collaborating with cross-functional teams and global suppliers to resolve construction, fabric, or cost challenges; requires relevant design experience or a specialist fashion degree and proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; portfolio attachment is required for consideration. Sponsorship is referenced for Home Office requirements; role is onsite in Leicester, United Kingdom.
