Assistant Boys Swim Coach (1.0 FTE)

Assistant Boys Swim Coach is responsible for leading and applying expertise in swimming rules, strategies, and techniques, preparing athletes physically and mentally to compete, and providing leadership to staff. Responsibilities include planning practices and game performances, supervising facilities and equipment, maintaining uniforms, working with families and community resources, ensuring compliance with MSHSL rules and district policies, and developing a program-specific handbook. The role emphasizes motivating participants, establishing rapport with students, and collaborating with activities directors and staff. Location is Elk River High School in Minnesota, and the position is full-time with in-person responsibilities.
