Job Summary
Conduct daily practice sessions and provide clear direction to student-athletes while working within a team setting. Support all student-athletes and maintain effective relationships with faculty, students, and the public. Participate in all required PIAA training and hold current clearances under Acts 34, 114, 151, and 168. This role emphasizes the impact of extra-curricular activities in the K-12 experience at Kennett Consolidated School District.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Knowledge of sport
- Ability to work in a team setting
- Ability to give clear direction
- Ability to take direction and redirection
- Must be interested in supporting and working with all student-athletes
- Current clearances, Acts 34, 114, 151 and 168
- Ability to establish and maintain effective and appropriate working relationships with other employees, faculty, students, and the general public
- Participation in all training as required by PIAA

- Prior coaching experience
