Job Summary
Instructs students in lacrosse fundamentals and team strategies, prepares and supervises practices and game-day activities, manages equipment and facilities, meets with parents before the season, enforces CHSAA/league regulations, monitors players' grades and eligibility, assists in recruiting and promoting the sport within the school, coordinates tournament and travel planning, ensures proper safety documentation and insurance proof, and provides guidance and support to players and student managers during practices and competitions.
Required Qualifications
- Coaching experience in lacrosse
- Knowledge of technical aspects of lacrosse
- Ability to manage equipment and facilities
- Ability to meet with parents and participants
- Familiarity with CHSAA and league rules
- Ability to monitor student-athletes' eligibility and grades
- Ability to supervise and guide participants and team staff
- Attend practices, games, and travel events
