Job Summary
Oversee daily boutique operations and ensure the highest level of service is delivered to guests against set objectives. Inspire and coach the team to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs while upholding brand standards for a seamless, guest-first experience. Execute visual merchandising and stock management in line with company guidelines, contributing to a positive and collaborative team culture. Support the Boutique Manager in leading high-performing staff to maintain seamless boutique operations.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 years' experience in a role within a similar retail business
- Experience in an assistant manager or similar management role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong team player with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Understanding of KPI's and the ability to analyse and report figures
Desired Qualifications
- Skin care experience is ideal but not essential
