Job Summary
Oversee daily boutique operations at the new Chadstone flagship, driving sales performance through coaching, recruiting, and retaining clients while personally engaging with customers to deliver exceptional luxury service. Monitor sales productivity and key performance indicators to identify growth opportunities, ensuring strict adherence to brand standards for presentation, hygiene, and client experience. Resolve customer escalations professionally and lead the team through training, trade testing, and participation in VIP events and product launches. Available for all store hours including weekends and public holidays; requires full Australian working rights.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail leadership or 2IC role
- Full Australian working rights
- Availability to work across all store opening hours including for store events and on weekends and public holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Experience within luxury beauty, cosmetics, premium skincare, designer brands, luxury spas or similar
- Demonstrate strong commercial acumen, problem solving skills and a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build strong and lasting client relationships
- Genuine passion for luxury beauty, skincare and delivering elevated client experiences
- Beauty therapy, makeup, or related qualifications
- Experience performing professional facial treatments or skincare services
- Additional language skills, particularly Mandarin, Cantonese or Vietnamese
