Job Summary
Manage boutique operations by organizing the store, overseeing opening and closing procedures, and handling administrative and logistical tasks. Lead the sales team through daily briefs, performance tracking, and coaching to drive commercial objectives and foster team cohesion. Execute client-facing duties by authentically welcoming visitors, storytelling around iconic pieces, and ensuring a refined shopping experience. Coordinate event organization, stock management, and visual merchandising while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols and internal procedures. Required Qualifications
- Managerial experience in sales and boutique management within the fashion industry
- Passion for retail and fashion
- Strong listening skills towards both clients and team
- Proactive nature and ability to propose initiatives
- Federation leadership skills to create positive dynamics and encourage team cohesion
- Experience managing a team
- Ability to guide, support, and develop the sales team daily with regular individual performance follow-up
- Ability to contribute to the integration of new collaborators and participate in the development of each person's skills
- Ability to lead daily briefings and rigorously follow performance indicators to ensure commercial objective achievement and team cohesion
