Job Summary
Assist shift engineers with plant operations by performing various water chemistry tests on boilers, chilled water, cooling towers, and auxiliary equipment. Support boiler and chiller maintenance overhauls while maintaining general plant housekeeping standards. Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and security standards, adhering to a strong Environmental Health and Safety culture by identifying hazards and engaging in continuous improvement. Requires a current State of Minnesota Second Class A Engineers License and valid driver's license. Applicants may need to pass 3M elected testing.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or higher
- Incumbent must possess and maintain a current State of Minnesota Second Class A Engineers License
- Possess a current and valid Driver's License
- Ability to work rotating shifts
- Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
