Assistant Binder Operator

Job Summary
Assist with the setup, operation and maintenance of the Perfect Binder on a 12-hour night shift, diagnosing and repairing electrical/electronic/mechanical issues to minimize downtime. Read and interpret electrical/mechanical drawings and ladder logic, perform preventative/corrective maintenance, support changeovers, document activities, and pursue reliability improvements. Collaborate with production to meet quality and production goals, maintain safety protocols, and participate in paid training and cross-training across electrical/mechanical systems for career advancement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work overtime as needed
- Must be dependable, reliable, and responsible
- Must work well with others
- Must be able to follow instructions
- Must be proven self-starter to complete projects/work orders
