Job Summary
Diagnose and repair complex electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues on the Perfect Binder and other production equipment; read electrical and mechanical drawings, schematics, and ladder logic to isolate faults; perform preventative and corrective maintenance using a full range of tools and test equipment; assist with setup, operation and maintenance of the Perfect Binder; collaborate with production to prioritize work orders, support changeovers, and reduce repeat failures; document maintenance activities and propose reliability improvements; follow safety procedures and meet quality requirements while supporting daily schedules on the Front Half Days (7a–7p) schedule.
