Assistant Binder Operator

Assist with setup, operation and maintenance of the Perfect Binder; diagnose and repair complex electrical/electronic/mechanical issues; read electrical/mechanical drawings and ladder logic; perform preventative and corrective maintenance; collaborate with production to prioritize work orders and support changeovers; document maintenance activities and advocate for reliability improvements; schedule includes Front Half Days 7a–7p on Sundays to e/o Wednesdays; 12-hour night shift with overtime potential; training across electrical/mechanical systems, pneumatics/hydraulics, and PLC exposure; 50-pound lifts and overtime required.
