Assistant Binder Operator

Assist with the setup, operation and maintenance of the Perfect Binder while meeting quality and productions goals. Diagnose and repair complex electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues on production equipment; read electrical/mechanical drawings and ladder logic; perform preventative and corrective maintenance; collaborate with production to prioritize work orders and support changeovers; document maintenance activities and suggest reliability improvements. Schedule includes Front Half Days on 7a–7p; 12-hour shifts with overtime potential; safe, team-first culture with growth through paid training and cross-training in electrical/mechanical systems and PLC exposure; strong emphasis on meeting make-readies, speeds, waste, and efficiencies.
