Job Summary
Direct daily beverage operations for bars, service bars, and casino floor servers under the Director of Beverage, ensuring efficient service flow, revenue goals, and profitability. Supervise and coach Beverage Supervisors, bartenders, and casino floor servers while enforcing responsible alcohol service compliance and regulatory standards. Monitor staffing levels, shift coverage, and floor deployment to meet fluctuating demand in a 24/7 gaming environment. Oversee inventories, par levels, and cost controls; evaluate outlet performance through guest feedback and sales trends. Collaborate with Marketing and F&B leadership on promotions and events. Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization across all beverage areas. Work varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum three (3) years of beverage operations experience in a high-volume casino, resort, or multi-outlet hospitality environment
- At least one (1) year in a supervisory capacity
- Valid gaming license
- MAST certification

- College coursework in hospitality, business, or related field
- Experience managing bars and casino floor service in a gaming environment
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Working knowledge of beverage cost controls, labor deployment, and inventory management
- Ability to analyze operational data such as sales, guest counts, and labor metrics to make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests, team members, and leadership
